        How Is This Accomplished?


This is accomplished by defining your goals. One of my favorite questions is, "What do you want?"  We use the mind body connection, focus on the felt sense, learn to ground, be present to instinct and improve how energy moves through the body.   This is done through your awareness  and how your body responds to your thoughts.  I will sit across from you and guide you verbally, without touch, but with a profound sense of understanding and compassion combined with years of experience of working with people.


Other techniques used include Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT ,  Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing or EMDR.  This helps people to connect to their own healing abilities and helps me guide people to awaken the healer within.  Our bodies, mind and Spirit want to return to a balanced version of ourselves. I have over 30 years experience working with life challenges, am heart centered and guided by intuition during our work together.

     

 People who seek my services may be experiencing:
