Trauma Therapy
We will use together somatic based therapies that include the integration of sensory awareness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), inner child work in a heart centered environment. You and I will work to move trauma out of the nervous system and reconnect the body, psyche and self.
Grief Therapy
We work together to heal the emotions of grief and blocks that might be holding back the movement of grief. We'll also work to develop of context for the traumatic event or loss.
Mindfulness Practices and Spiritual Emergence work
You might be in the middle of a Spiritual Awakening and need to ground and center in the emotional storm. Near Death Experiences or experiences with other realms can be integrated though my work.
Boundary Therapy
Being sensitive, intuitive, and feeling other's emotions is a gift, but it can also be overwhelming. My work helps strengthen energetic and cognitive boundaries, enhance intuition and develop discernment
